Edward Cooley

I actually applied at Bob Ferrando Ford for a job in the prep department — about as entry-level as it gets! I didn’t get that job, but they gave me a shot in Sales instead… and it changed my life. Since starting in 2002, I’ve worked my way from Sales to Finance Manager, New Car Manager, General Sales Manager, and became General Manager in 2020. Starting at the ground level taught me that knowing the job — and truly valuing the people who do it — is what makes a dealership successful. Everyone on our team plays an important role. I also met my wife, Jennifer, here at the dealership. We’ve been married 23 years this year and have three amazing kids — Sarah, Jenni, and Eddie. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me camping (or glamping), out on the boat, or mowing grass — which I genuinely enjoy! I’m grateful for the journey and the people who make it all worthwhile.
