Service 👎1. Tried to blame me for my 2017 Acura TLX v6 Service 👎 1. Tried to blame me for my 2017 Acura TLX v6 which kept cutting off while driving in the middle of the highway, which put my life in da Service 👎 1. Tried to blame me for my 2017 Acura TLX v6 which kept cutting off while driving in the middle of the highway, which put my life in danger multiple times, until Acura corp did a recall and it was fixed. Initially they blamed me and wanted me to pay for diagnostic at $138 and hour. Thanks Acura of Wappingers Falls. 2. Tried to blame me for my 2019 Acura TLX v6 Aspec which it’s electrical system failed on me. Charged me $279 for a loose wire which they blamed me for, then car fails two days later the same way, while driving, leaving me in danger once again. Called Acura corporate, they got them to realize it was a recall again, battery fan, and they are fixing it now, but also trying to keep my $279 which they charged me a week before to fix this issue. Never returns calls or text messages. This place is a nightmare. Please avoid this dealership at all costs, they are just about making a quick buck and do not care about the customer at all. Service is a dead end! Safe to order parts from here, but always compare prices from other dealerships, this place can’t be trusted. They also priced me the same car I have now for close to $100 more a month (i ended up buying it from another Acura dealership). I only brought my car here for service bc it was my only option when Acura roadside service towed it. Worst experience i’ve ever had from any business in my entire life. I’ve never felt so mistreated. More

this dealership has the most amazing staff and service by far. i recently purchased the new 2020 tlx and brian my sales provider was exceptionally helpful and attentive to all my needs about the car. it was far. i recently purchased the new 2020 tlx and brian my sales provider was exceptionally helpful and attentive to all my needs about the car. it was by far the easiest deal ever made and questions about my car were answered and explained in detail. i highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for buying or leasing a car! great job guys!!! More

Best of the Best I've been to various dealerships for sales and services and I have to admit, Acura of Wappingers Falls has to be the best yet.... The team there belie I've been to various dealerships for sales and services and I have to admit, Acura of Wappingers Falls has to be the best yet.... The team there believes they are there to serve (Eddie, Joe, and all the rest) I recently went to Service for an oil change. From the time I entered to the time I left, I was treated like being in the Waldorf.. Friendly, accommodating, timely, and with kid gloves..... (only difference is pricing is alot more reasonable, haha) If you want a good experience, please give them a try,,,, Now, I must add, that we also should be nice and friendly.. If we go in and act like we are owed respect, we probably won't get any.. but if we go in with mutual respect, then I guarantee you, you will come out feeling pampered.... ....... More

Quality Service I brought my wife's RDX for tires on 7/25. All of the sevice people will try and assist you immediately. Eddie, Joe, and Neel are always great when I brought my wife's RDX for tires on 7/25. All of the sevice people will try and assist you immediately. Eddie, Joe, and Neel are always great when you arrive. Joe told me that Eddie Egan, who is the service manager by the way, went to help the mechanic put the tires on because one of his mechanics had a bad shoulder. I don't know anywhere else that you will find this kind of quality service and dedication to customer service. I appreciate their efforts everytime I come in. This is how they keep my family as customers by treating us as if we are FAMILY. Thanks so much. Jack L More
