After a horrible interaction with Ingersoll in Connecticut..we looked further& found the vehicle here at SloaneToyota.. it was worth the three-hour drive. I cannot express how unbelievably satisfi Connecticut..we looked further& found the vehicle here at SloaneToyota.. it was worth the three-hour drive. I cannot express how unbelievably satisfied we are throughout the whole process Ed kogan was in constant communication always always professional and made I feel like we were his only customers.. you felt like family you didn't feel like just another dollar sign walking through the door and considering everything people are going through now a little humanity is needed we will come back here for future services. it does say something when you're willing to drive 3 hours again just to do business with a company so far people who are looking into dealerships take my word for it you won't be disappointed working with Ed. More
