Purchasing our new car My husband and I went there to test drive a toyota highlander. We had talked about getting a new brand new car for quite some time. Upon arriving, we My husband and I went there to test drive a toyota highlander. We had talked about getting a new brand new car for quite some time. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Neal Patel. He was very pleasant and helpful right from the start. His knowledge and attention to us and our needs/wants from the start was awesome. It was a pleasure working with him. Due to scheduling conflicts we didn't finish out the process with him which was disappointing. That is, till I met his partner Edward Kogan! He not only picked right up with everything we discussed with Neal but he went ABOVE and BEYOND to do so much for us in making sure we got the best rate for finanacing the car to getting the best warranty to cover the car! He even stayed late past closing to ensure we would leave that night with our new car. Although the process was long (which is normal) both Neal and Edward made it enjoyable. If you are need of a new car and like Toyota, definitely go to the cottman ave dealership and ask for Neal or Edward! Much thanks to you both gentlemen! I hope someone finds this useful.
