The bodywork was well done. I had to call the first time regarding the status of my car, since almost a week had passed. It was then that I was told of a delay in receiving the parts. I was called on Thursd regarding the status of my car, since almost a week had passed. It was then that I was told of a delay in receiving the parts. I was called on Thursday, 6/10 that my car should be ready by Monday 6/14, & I would receive a confirmation call on Friday 6/11. I never received a call. I had to call on Monday, 6/14, to inquire if my car was ready for me to pick up. I believe the communication should come from the body shop, not me, the customer. Very dissatisfied with the poor customer communication. More

I was a bit put back with the price of the dent repair but it is what it is. The shuttle home was really nice it made my life easier because I didn't have to try to figure out how to get someone to pick m but it is what it is.
