Due to unexpected medical issues, I needed to make this change, and it wasn't an easy decision. Throughout the entire process, Eddie was incredibly patient, compassionate, and understanding. He took the time to answer my questions, never made me feel pressured, and truly cared about helping me find the right vehicle. His kindness made a difficult situation much easier. I also want to thank the entire team for their exceptional customer service. Everyone treated me with genuine warmth, respect, and empathy. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like family—offering support, encouragement, and what felt like a warm hug during a challenging time.
