I was a little disappointed when I got to the dealership at 9 am to pick up the truck I was going to buy to find out it wasn’t ready for pick up and wasn’t going to be ready until noon. Disappointed that we didn’t receive a call the day/night before or that morning so we could have left later in the day instead of leaving home at 4:30 am.
