The explorer was cleaned and ran perfectly after the service. Just like new. More

Car repair Had brought my car to my local mechanic due to the fan not working at full power for a/c, heat and defroster. I was told that this was due to an issue Had brought my car to my local mechanic due to the fan not working at full power for a/c, heat and defroster. I was told that this was due to an issue with the heater core, and that repairs would cost at least $1000. I had bought a car from Tasca previously, and recalled their their services, as well as when my fiancee had purchased a used car from Pre-Owned Factory, and Tasca was able to get her car back on the road, I decided to ask Tasca for 2nd opinion. They said it could be one of two possible things causing this, but that it wasn't the heater core, and wouldn't cost around $1000. After scheduling an appointment to drop off the car, I was greeted at the door, and made arrangements for a rental car so that I could get to work in Lincoln. On day two I was told that there had been a delay due to another car being worked on, but that mine would be looked at either later that day or the following day. I later got another call to tell me that my car had been looked at, had been diagnosed, and that the cost would be about half as what I had been quoted by my mechanic. The following morning I got a call at work stating that the work was done, and that I could pick up the car that afternoon. The fan is running at full power once again. I had bought a Mercury Sable back in '10. I now own a Ford Edge, and had been given a Ford Escape as the rental. When the time comes to replace the Edge, I just might consider a return to Tasca to purchase an Escape ! More

No Problems - Transmission Cooling lines repaired.. This Ford service does a decent job, a little costly but all went fine. I had to get the inside door handle replaced and the Trans cooling lines replaced. Also had to rent a car for a day since the parts we not in stock... I did not mind renting the car, but I thought it was for one day, but was changed for two days.... Got the rental at 11:30 am brought it back the next day at 5:00 pm... Since I was getting a car serviced and the parts were not available, Tasca should have only charged me One day. Or at least just charged me for a day and a few hours. More
