Excellent service and very little wait in scheduling. I have 3 Ford dealers within 12 miles of my home. I choose Tasca Ford for service on my Ford F-150 Lightning and Tasca is about a 35 mile drive for me I have 3 Ford dealers within 12 miles of my home. Recall successful, very successful. I got a recall notice for my Ford Fusion. There was a defective bolt that held on the steering wheel that needed to be replaced or the steering wheel I got a recall notice for my Ford Fusion. There was a defective bolt that held on the steering wheel that needed to be replaced or the steering wheel could come off and cause an accident. That sounded important to me so I made an appointment with a very pleasant woman on the phone to come in at 8:00 am to have the bolt fixed. When I arrived at Tasca, a very upbeat service man got started on getting my car fixed with no waiting. The whole process took just over an hour and I was securely driving back to Providence. More
