This is absolutely the worst dealer experience I have had in 40 years! I will never go back for service, I will never purchase from Norm Reeves again, I will never recommend 'you' either, only has a warning in 40 years! I will never go back for service, I will never purchase from Norm Reeves again, I will never recommend 'you' either, only has a warning to others! 1. I originally scheduled service on a Saturday for a bad hood switch that was setting off the alarm intermittently. 2. Norm Reeves confirmed the switch setting off the alarm and also found the rear passenger door also, so they assumed the 'BCM Module Unit' was bad because two faulty switches are unlikely. 3. They ordered a new one and said it would arrive Tuesday, it arrived Friday 4. I had already scheduled my service for the next Saturday thankfully, even though Edward wanted to schedule it for the earlier Tuesday. 5. Saturday the service was completed, and guess what!!! My alarm went off again in the middle of the night and several times during a Sunday Church service!!! I am furious!!! The hood switch was never replaced or adjusted! Norm Reeves service people are only good for changing oil, rotating tires and running diagnostics, but even that is a joke. What good are perfect Diagnostic reports, if they don't register faulty switches or abnormalities in alarm notifications ?! I will visit another dealer, if they can't fix my hood either, and or the hood switch shorts and causes my 'BCM Module Unit' to fail again, I will sue Norm Reeves and demand a replacement vehicle based on the California State Lemon law(s). I did not purchase a Honda to have to spend every Saturday since I purchased a BRAND NEW CAR to take it into service, I would have bought American for that if I wanted this kind of torture! I have Christmas and holidays that I had to cancel because I don't have a car that won't set off an Alarm while parked in a nice resort in the middle of the day or night! This is NOT THE END! More

I didn’t have a lot on contact with Edward because the Honda Recall I went in for was not necessary for my Honda model. I will give him kudos because I asked him a few questions (unrelated to the recall) Honda Recall I went in for was not necessary for my Honda model. I will give him kudos because I asked him a few questions (unrelated to the recall) and he got back to me pretty quickly. In terms of the dealership, my only negative comment is that I had an appointment but that didn’t seem to make any difference. There was only one drive up line to service both people with appointments and those without an appointment. This didn’t seem right to me. I’ll add that this dealership is also clean and comfortable, certainly a plus. More
