Ed and the Princeton Volvo family went above and beyond to help us secure a 2021 XC60 over the July 4th holiday weekend. Other dealers told us they didn’t need our business and acted like we should be grat to help us secure a 2021 XC60 over the July 4th holiday weekend. Other dealers told us they didn’t need our business and acted like we should be grateful for their attention. Not the case with the team at Princeton Volvo. In fact, after finding inventory on Friday and contacting Ed, we agreed we’d come in on Saturday to make the purchase. Rather than wait until the next morning, he reached out on Friday evening to start getting information and paperwork together so that we could be out of there in our new ride as soon as possible on Saturday morning. Our purchase went smoothly minus one hiccup, but Ed had the team come get the car and bring it back to the dealership so that we wouldn’t have to come back ourselves after the holiday. If you’re in the market for a Volvo, I would recommend these guys and gals over other Volvo dealerships in the tristate area. More

The purchase of my XC60 R-Design at Volvo Cars Princeton was quick and painless. As someone traveling from out of state to pick up a specific model, I was hoping for a smooth experience and that's exactly was quick and painless. As someone traveling from out of state to pick up a specific model, I was hoping for a smooth experience and that's exactly what I received. Every staff member I spoke with was helpful and had my needs in mind. At no point in the sales process did I feel rushed and every question I had was answered before I left. When it came time to go to financing, I did not feel pressured to purchase any specific service (even though I did opt for an extended warranty) and the pricing was just as discussed during my previous phone/email conversations. When it comes time to purchase my next vehicle I will look to Volvo Cars Princeton again and I recommend anyone considering a Volvo to check them out. More
