Potential poor sale gets saved By Ed Was originally gonna give this place a one star. Purchased a car and told the seller Jesus T. we would be back to pick it up the following day. We arr Was originally gonna give this place a one star. Purchased a car and told the seller Jesus T. we would be back to pick it up the following day. We arrive the following day, had sent a message 45 minutes in advance saying that we would be there for the car. No response. We arrive to the dealership greeted by Edward S. Or "Ed". He broke the news to us that Jesus T. Who had sold us the car had kept the only key for the car. Keep in mind we live a good 80 MILES away and had to drive all the way to the dealership. We could not obtain the car today after driving 80 MILES and it had yet to be cleaned. Though, Ed was kind enough to be a super helpful representative of his team. You could tell he felt genuine empathy, a fine man indeed. He offered to buy us lunch, although we declined kindly. For the whole incomvinence him, and his superior did manage to find a way to get the car delivered to us at no cost. Ed was really helpful and you could tell he felt our frustration. I wouldn't reflect the company on one salesman alone. As Ed mention he is the team leader and strives for his team to do better. While the mistake was a nightmare, I still do think the establishment in it of itself is still good. Kind folks, fair prices, and very reasonable. If it werent for the inconvenience I would've given a five star rating, and I hope no one has to go through the same situation. Thank you once again Ed. More
