Initially, I met Ed in the waiting room, while I was waiting for information on my Jeep Renegade. He shared with me that he could get me a deal on a new Jeep. I told him no. And I left. When I came back waiting for information on my Jeep Renegade. He shared with me that he could get me a deal on a new Jeep. I told him no. And I left. When I came back to pick up my car, I got to thinking, maybe it was worth having a conversation. He asked me what I wanted for the Renegade. I told him, along with my list of demands. Through it all, he truly listened. He told me he had a car I would love. And again, I told him my list of conditions. We test drove and during the drive, he told me something I had forgotten. He told me I deserved this car and I had earned. I had grown accustomed to buy a car that would take me from point a to point b. Being a single parent and trying to educate myself, luxury as not an option. My children are now grown and I am a grandmother. I have accomplishments in my life. Ed was right, I did deserve this car. Along with the sweet deal Serio crafted. It become crystal clear, I did deserve this car and I had earned it.
