The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Eddie Trujillo was the best to work with. He made the entire process smooth as possible. Overall experience was rated only as "ok" because after a very positive experience with the sales person, Ed Trujillo, we were ushered to the Business Managers (locked door) office for phase because after a very positive experience with the sales person, Ed Trujillo, we were ushered to the Business Managers (locked door) office for phase 2. There we were bombarded with a ton of paperwork requiring our initials and or signatures. That process took 2 hrs. and there was no way to read and understand every document. Certainly, no opportunity for an informed understanding nor informed consent. There were 36 pages of documents with multiple paragraphs (over 200 paragraphs in varying sizes of fonts) that required 69 signatures and initials. The business manager could only navigate us through this voluminous paperwork saying that this was required by "corporate counsel." Ours was a "cash transaction" with trade-in. I can imagine what hassle a customer needing financing would be put through. This portion which we call phase 2 needs to be reviewed. It was neither effective nor efficient but rather clumsy and not customer friendly. More
