Overall experience was rated only as "ok" because after a very positive experience with the sales person, Ed Trujillo, we were ushered to the Business Managers (locked door) office for phase because after a very positive experience with the sales person, Ed Trujillo, we were ushered to the Business Managers (locked door) office for phase 2. There we were bombarded with a ton of paperwork requiring our initials and or signatures. That process took 2 hrs. and there was no way to read and understand every document. Certainly, no opportunity for an informed understanding nor informed consent. There were 36 pages of documents with multiple paragraphs (over 200 paragraphs in varying sizes of fonts) that required 69 signatures and initials. The business manager could only navigate us through this voluminous paperwork saying that this was required by "corporate counsel." Ours was a "cash transaction" with trade-in. I can imagine what hassle a customer needing financing would be put through. This portion which we call phase 2 needs to be reviewed. It was neither effective nor efficient but rather clumsy and not customer friendly. More

Bought Certified CTS, Flash Drive to play music huge selling factor wife's Acura TL has the feature. Salesman assured me the car did have the feature, played a huge selling game. Only next day when I went to pick up the adapter did I discover that was not the case. Should have sold this car back and went to Acura so much more professional and NO BS sales games.Be careful at this dealership. In addition, I am not sure why anyone would want a high end car that does not tell you who is singing a song or album name when you pop in a CD, heck my 2010 F150 has that feature. Cadillac has completely miss the technology boat...high end speakers and VERY LOW END stereo in these cars. Don't buy in you can do better at Acura on price and technology, in addition sales team takes pride in knowing their product and developing long term business relations, much more professional group to deal with. Mr. Trujillo was very professional, knowledgeable, informative and courteous through out the entire process. This is my wife's first Cadillac, after several infiniti's, so far she is enjoying her SRX informative and courteous through out the entire process. This is my wife's first Cadillac, after several infiniti's, so far she is enjoying her SRX very much. I would not hesitate to recommend Ed Morse of Tampa & Mr. Trujillo. The Ed Morse Dealership on Causeway in Brandon is more convenient for us, I am hoping their service is of the same quality we feel the Tampa location would offer. More

To date we have purchased 10 of 11 Cadillacs' from Ed Morse. Eight of those from our sales consultant Ed Truijo. We find that his concern, attention to what we want,his candor, honesty, and follow up is Morse. Eight of those from our sales consultant Ed Truijo. We find that his concern, attention to what we want,his candor, honesty, and follow up is above reproach. He listens to the customer and does his utmost to match the vehicle to the customer, thus we have never been disappointed in our selection, which I believe is evident as to the number of vehicles we have purchased. He is always available, within reason to answer any questions a buyer may have. Ed Morse has put together a team of professionals, from management, finance, and body repair that are unmatched to any other dealership. The service department from the service writers, the service manager and technicians are friendly, willing to resolve any problem, (the first time) so that one does not have to return again and again to solve the problem. We would certainly promote and advise anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle, be it new or pre-owned to this dealership. More
