I was sent an “exclusive offer” to trade in my 2022 civic to get into a new 2025 civic based on my mileage and that I would be over the allowed miles on the lease. When speaking to the finance guy he told me that the offer didn’t mean anything. I didn’t want to put more than $1500 down on a lease considering I could’ve gone to another dealership with another model car and spent a lot less on it. I ended up putting $2600 down and my payment still went up almost $100. I definitely have buyers remorse and this will be my last business with this dealership. I like Hondas but I know if I would’ve waited or shopped around I definitely would’ve gotten a better deal elsewhere. I won’t recommend or go to Braman in lake worth other than to get my oil change done, which is only good for a year as opposed to the full term of my previous lease. I feel like they got one over on me in finance and it left a bad taste in my mouth. After 10+ years with this dealership I won’t be back other than to turn in this lease in 3 years More
