I'll be honest, I don't remember who Edward Valenz was, but I'm more than confident that he was just as excellent as Jorge Ruiz, especially if he was working behind the scenes. I mean, the entire buying pr but I'm more than confident that he was just as excellent as Jorge Ruiz, especially if he was working behind the scenes. I mean, the entire buying process was amazing, they really took the greatest of care. One person not listed here is Aylin Fernandez, whom deserves praise just as well (5 stars). Now, I'm giving Braman Honda of Palm Beach all five stars, but I believe their service department leaves a little to be desired. Maybe I'm being a bit too hard on them because I'm coming from Audi, but maybe the customer service part of that department could use a little work. Maybe it was just the heat, honestly, but I won't go into too much details because I don't want that to take away from the rest of Braman Honda. With all that said, my overall experience was so great and wonderful that I would recommend anyone to come here and make their purchase. It's an amazing atmosphere with an amazing showroom, and the best sales/finance staff anywhere. I think I'll be happy for a very long time. Hopefully 14.5 years, according to the reported lifespan of a Honda. More
