Fred was amazing and very accommodating even before the shop was open just so I can have a loaner so I can go to work. The service department was very quick in getting my car fixed and returned to me. Than shop was open just so I can have a loaner so I can go to work. Good communication, but odd that the filters were so dirty and clogged considering I bring my truck to you every 6,000 miles for service. I do not appreciate the credit card fee. I am considering bringing my truck to a private service station that does not charge a fee. The air filter cost was higher than your competition. I choose Key because it is where I purchased my truck. However, I will not pay a premium. More
