Excellent experience. . I love my car. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable there. I felt like I was in my living room buying a car. All my questions were . I love my car. This was my third car purchased from this dealer and I will never never never ever step foot near that dealer again. I saw the car on the internet (used) and went to the dealership to see it. The pictures will never never never ever step foot near that dealer again. I saw the car on the internet (used) and went to the dealership to see it. The pictures never showed the cosmetic damage and was never told it was a smokers car.we decided to buy it because they said the damage will be fixed and the smoke smell will be taken care of. This day we spent about 3 hours there. When we arrived there to pick up the car a few days later we were there for an additional 21/2 hours.the car needed a mass inspection so they drove it into the garage. Then told us the computer would not give us the sticker.so I told them I’ll come back next Saturday.I called the salesman on Friday morning and told him I’ll be there Saturday morning at 8am when they open.I arrived at 8am but no salesman around.he didn’t show up until 15 mins later then told my to just drive over to service.the service tech told me it would be about 21/2 to 3 hours that’s when I had enough and told the salesman I’m done with this place and never come back again.so good buy Kelly Nissan forever! More
