This dealership has significantly more service than other dealers have provided. I purchased 4 vehicles in the past 8 years with another dealer but recently the service was not good after they lost one of dealers have provided. Edwin at Tom Clark has been most helpful and I appreciate the great service. I will buy future vehicles from the Tom Clark dealership because of the great service. More

This dealership not only stole money from me by selling me a fake warranty, they proceeded to lie straight to my face and say that the warranty is through GM. The warranty is through assurance and they don me a fake warranty, they proceeded to lie straight to my face and say that the warranty is through GM. The warranty is through assurance and they don’t cover anything diesel. They knew exactly what they were doing when they sold me the warranty after bringing it to their attention that it does not cover anything on a diesel warranty they are still selling this warranty hole as a diesel warranty and assurance does not I repeat does not cover anything diesel related. This dealership is a total rip off they lie to you and they make you pay $3000 to have bolts put in your catalytic converter that GM did incorrectly in the first place. I bought a 2023 high country truck from them and it has been in the shop nine times. I’ve had them had to rebuild my transmission replace a radiator. I’ve had three battery swaps and a handful of electrical issues. At no point did they offer me a rental nothing. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor drive to Grapevine and ask for any other person there. But especially Eric Watson. More
