Eddie introduced himself as soon as I indicated I was interested in making a purchase. We discussed models and a fine effort was made to find or order what was my choice. We were moving from out-of-state and wanted to have our brand new Pilot ready when we arrived from the airport. Eddy had everything ready to go so we could get in and out quickly.
