Dealership Increased price by 10% over MSRP, and there was very poor communication to buyer. Also what is a priority to customer was not a priority to Joyce Honda as I had to initiate several calls to th was very poor communication to buyer. Also what is a priority to customer was not a priority to Joyce Honda as I had to initiate several calls to their finance department to contact the credit union. Another poor example of communication by Joyce Honda was that I received a notification from them to come in and pick up my title, however the vehicle was financed and never communicated with the appropriate personnel at Joyce Honda. In addition, when I picked up my registration and had questions on how certain items worked in the vehicle ( not a priority), they called the salesman and had him give me a call that night. More

Excellent service. Inventory is scarce, but Joyce Honda able to find what I was looking for with 3 weeks time. The whole pick up process was fast and they had me in my Inventory is scarce, but Joyce Honda able to find what I was looking for with 3 weeks time. To sum it all up, what started as a great buying experience and 5-star review quickly changed to a unsatisfactory new vehicle acquisition and a less than great experience. Joyce Honda will never experience and 5-star review quickly changed to a unsatisfactory new vehicle acquisition and a less than great experience. Joyce Honda will never see a penny from me again. And sincerely hope losing a customer over a $500 windshield (because that’s what they cost) is worth losing a guaranteed $40k every 3 to 4 years. Sometimes losing a few bucks to keep a good business relationship is part of being in business. Joyce Honda isn’t willing to replace my imo defective windshield, and that turned a already strangely problematic new vehicle purchase into a terrible experience as an American consumer. Great job Joyce, let’s blame it on me and not see things for what they are. Wish someone there would actually man up and apologized for a evasive sales team once problems with my new vehicle started. If you can’t stand behind the quality of the product you sell that’s one red flag too many for me. Extremely disappointed a business who’s motto involves treating customers like “family” hasn’t had a minute to have a higher up fix my problem. 3 days later after being denied repair by possibly a fictional character, and no one seems concerned about taking responsibility for a shoddy glass. Perhaps the idea is that the customer will eventually give up and give in to the abusive $1500 repair cost on a 3 week old brand new automobile. They’re welcoming and polite until the sale is complete. Dealership failed to take responsibility for a imo defective windshield, unable to sustain the average road hazards drivers encounter in daily driving. Had to get corporate involved after a abusive price tag of $1500 for a windshield replacement on a 3 week old 2022 Accord Sport. Also had issues with a dislodged fog light, all within 15 days of purchase. In 20 years of driving never had so many issues with a newly purchased automobile. More
