I dealt with Efren, and while the transaction went through, I felt pushed toward a third-party extended warranty. If you want extra coverage, be sure to insist specifically on Honda Care to avoid third-party complications. Additionally, their trade-in offer was significantly lower than the market for my car, so I sold privately to one of the on-line national platforms. ​Overall, Joyce Honda is a solid dealership that honors its pricing, which is rare these days.
