I was paying a high price for an SUV that did not feel worth the monthly payment from an entirely different manufacturer and dealership. I was then looking to make some serious changes that would put me into a vehicle I was not only head over heels for, but worth every cent. I was unhappy with the dealership I previously went to so a friend referred me to Joyce Honda of Denville, NJ. And, boy, was she right! Not only did I receive exceptional and outstanding friendly, courteous service, but the sales person introduced me to the vehicle technologically and operatively. This was a HUGE selling point. Before even getting into the SUV to test drive it, Creiss Whitfield (sales) helped familiarize me with HOW it works so I wasn't so nervous driving a newer car the first time. I've never had a salesperson approach a test drive that way. I felt at ease, comfortable, and prepared. After test driving the 2019 Honda Pilot EX, I was SOLD. The SUV is PERFECT! I am in love with the car, but more so, I am overjoyed with the experience I had. I will be referring friends and family to them in the future! I am one SATISFIED customer!! More

Mar We purchased our first Honda Pilot in 2014 from Mario and he gave us a GREAT deal. Two years ago we were interested in purchasing another Pilot. Mario was honest enough to tell us to wait another year because it wouldn't be worth it at that time. How many car salesman are honest enough to stop a customer from wasting their money and sacrifice making money? NONE, however Mario is an upright and honest guy. We went back to Mario and once again he saved us MULTIPLE thousands of dollars and gave us a SUPERIOR interest rate. I absolutely recommend doing business with this man. Mario gives his undivided attention to each customer and truly cares. He wants to make sure you return to him which I will do in the future because I only buy Hondas (this is our 7th Honda). Justin Patel and Efren M. were great on the financing as well. I'm Tisan R. Dawud, a very satisfied and pleased customer! More

Versatility of Odyssey We recently found out that we’re expecting an addition to the family in September. Our SUV was okay, but we were looking for something more versatile We recently found out that we’re expecting an addition to the family in September. Our SUV was okay, but we were looking for something more versatile with easier access to 3rd row seating. USAA has partnerships with various dealerships and Joyce Honda is one of them. Efren Madrigal sat down with me, reviewed what our needs and wants were and went over all of our options. No pressure at all. The finance manager, Steve, walked me through the paperwork and was a pleasure to deal with. Yosh went through the vehicle with me and showed me all of the technology and various features. Everything went smoothly and I have no complaints. I highly recommend dealing with the folks at Joyce Honda. More
