Charged for service that wasn't performed I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Part of that service was to inspect the brakes. A little over a week later, I started to hear I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Part of that service was to inspect the brakes. A little over a week later, I started to hear grinding coming from the rear. I called the service department and the insisted my brakes were fine. Two weeks later my rear brake pads were completely gone and my rotors damaged to the point they needed replacement. More

Didn’t sell me something I didn’t need Greenwich Connecticut Honda recommended a power steering flush because of “dirty” fluid. Brought my car Matt Burne and they promptly informed me that Greenwich Connecticut Honda recommended a power steering flush because of “dirty” fluid. Brought my car Matt Burne and they promptly informed me that I would be spending money on an unnecessary service. I bought my 2012 Accord from Matt Burne and get it serviced multiple times a year for routine maintainence. Great people and great service! More

Prompt and efficient! My Honda CR-V goes only to Burne Honda for service. The staff is quite accommodating and caring. If there is a problem I can even drop in without a My Honda CR-V goes only to Burne Honda for service. The staff is quite accommodating and caring.
