2018 Edge Sport I brought my 2016 F150 to have warranty work done on my transmission pump and an oil change. You gave me an Edge for a rental. Loved it! When I picked up my F150, I still had that wild hair up my a__ to buy another vehicle. Service Manager Mark put me in touch with Eissa. Four hours later on a cold night, I was the owner of a 2018 Edge Sport!! Eissa is a great sales rep and a good man of his word! I can be a pain in the xxx, but Eissa was very positive and helpful throughout the buying process. I had a situation with O'Meara Ford that concerned the bottom front plastic grill which is below the license plate. In short. Rueben and Eissa took care of the situation to my satisfaction and hopefully theirs. Josh ordered the grill in question at no charge to me. I assumed that I was going to get a FULL TANK OF GAS WHEN I BOUGHT THE EDGE, but I didn't because the car wasn't brand new. After learning about the gas policy, Josh still filled my take up!! Thanks!! A big thanks to Eissa for what he has done for me and keeping a positive attitude!!. Rueben, thanks again for making the grill concern a win, win situation. So the left back driver tire is now on the front driver tire....same side. And same with the passenger side. The only reason why I know this...is because we literally just had the 2 back tires replaced and the pressure on the back left tire was higher than the other 3 tires. I would never have known this was done if the tire pressure was different. More
