First Time Lexus of Henderson Customer 😀👍 Wow, what a pleasure it was to purchase our first Lexus from Lexus of Henderson, Nevada. As soon as we met Lexus of Henderson Sales Consultant Mr. El Wow, what a pleasure it was to purchase our first Lexus from Lexus of Henderson, Nevada. As soon as we met Lexus of Henderson Sales Consultant Mr. Eldred Obodai, we knew right away that this vehicle shopping experience was going to be something totally different than we have ever experienced before while purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Ododai demonstrated outstanding customer professionalism and knowledge while addressing all of our questions that we had as new customers. During the test drive, Mr. Ododai was able to very specifically highlight all the features of the vehicle to us which was amazing and certainly very much appreciated. Thanks to Mr. Ododai, we finally did purchase the vehicle that we were interested in which was Great. No sales pressure, excellent listener, attention to detail, timely follow-ups, communication professional and possess such a warm and very friendly personallty are just a few of the acumens that we experienced during our entire visit and exchange with Mr. Ododai. We also wish to acknowledge Ms. Twala Wagner for proving very detail and important information concerning our warranty extension options and choices, and even though we did not immediately purchase an extended warranty plan at signing, we will certainly be back very soon to do so thanks to Ms. Wagner. Also, we wish to thank Ms. Lexus for assisting us with the questions we had concerning utilizing the Lexus Enform Apps.
