Unlike any other car experience We had decided on the car, but didn’t appreciate the run around we were getting at another maker/dealership. On a whim we decided to visit Lexus and ended up getting a car that we hadn’t considered. Eldred was our salesman. He probably got a better deal than us, but the entire experience was straight forward with no pressure and no stress; very professional/respectful salesman. We love our new car and expect it to be great. Alexis the technical trainer was so patient with us too. When we buy another car, we’ll be looking for Eldred at Lexus!!! More
