Excellent service! I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received when I went into Lexus of Henderson. I was immediately greeted when I came into the store. Every employee that saw me acknowledged me and said hello. Eldred was very nice and knowledgeable and explained every detail of my new vehicle. He made sure to answer all of our questions. Nx 300 Eldred was so on point from the minute I stepped my foot into the lexis parking lot. I love Lexus As my husband and I entered Lexus, we were first greeted by Eldred. We told him what we wanted and immediately did his best to meet our standards. Working with Eldred, however, changed my opinion of the whole process. He was extremely patient with me and very knowledgeable with every car. Never once did he push me into making a decision, but instead, gave me the info I needed and let me go through my quirky decision process and decide on my own what car to buy and when. He was very honest and wonderful to work with. I will only go to him in the future to purchase, as well as to refer who I can. More
