Customer care I would like to give general feedback. The service itself was fine. It occurred to me the next day that I should check my bill as I thought I had be I would like to give general feedback. The service itself was fine. It occurred to me the next day that I should check my bill as I thought I had been charged for an oil change which should have been free. In fact, that was true. I called and it was resolved; however, neither the service person who returned my call nor the admin who handled it offered any apology. It made me wonder if Honda was hoping I wouldn’t notice since they didn’t seem to care. More

Came in for oil change from out of state. We came in from out of state to have oil change and the discovered several other concerns to be serviced! All the work was completed in a timely matter. We very impressed and pleased with the staff & the service completed on our Honda! We have over the years owning Honda's we have worked with several service providers and we rate this the top/ excellent service department! They have improved our cars performance and safety! Had yet another great service experience at Autopark Honda. I had an early appt for rear brakes on my daughters ‘13 Accord. I was expecting 1.5-2.0 hours but was informed by Eldwin she needed rear pads Honda. I had an early appt for rear brakes on my daughters ‘13 Accord. I was expecting 1.5-2.0 hours but was informed by Eldwin she needed rear pads and front rotors. Since it’s an out of town college students car I took care of it and was still out of there in 2 hours. Great job Eldwin. More
