She was very patient by answering all questions we had and that made us very comfortable buying the car. We have bought four vehicles in the past, but working with Elenita and this dealership had been hands down the best experience ever. Also George was excellent in the delivery team. The presentation at the time of pick up blew us away. The only regret was we should have brought kids along so they could see too.. highly recommend!!! Keep doing what you do, it’s making world a better car buying place! More

I did not have to do anything but sign on the line. It was an extremely fast transaction as well. I used EXPRESS CHECK OUT and the car was ready in an hour. I could not believe it. All of the staff have done an excellent job and I could have not asked for anything more. Oh yeah I failed to mention that the wrapped my car and put a bow on it....It took my breath away. Elenita’s professionalism coupled with her great interpersonal skills is something for EVERY company to emulate. Both my husband and I were in awe and honored to have someone with such expertise, yet professional poise who took their time to address all of our needs without pressuring us. Aside from the great reception we received, what drew me to this dealership is how everyone is polite and on board with making sure that the customer walks out happy. A huge heartfelt thank you to Elenita and to the Rockville Center Mercedes-Benz dealership for a phenomenal experience!! We would also like to acknowledge John Skiadas from the Service Center who also went above and beyond to accommodate us while picking up the car! Upon reception of the car, I was greeted like a celebrity— the car was draped with a red bow and had a congratulatory message on the screen with my name on it! After taking many pictures and unveiling the car, I felt as if I walked out of a movie set! My family and I are totally hooked now and will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and colleagues! More
