**okay- I am RE-EDITING this review to make it perfectly clear! This review is NOT a reflection on Elenita whatsoever, but on the ACTUAL dealer itself! I GIVE ELENITA TALUSAN 5 STARS** Elenita was one o clear! This review is NOT a reflection on Elenita whatsoever, but on the ACTUAL dealer itself! I GIVE ELENITA TALUSAN 5 STARS** Elenita was one of the best sale advisors I have worked with and would follow Elenita anywhere she goes! She is customer service facing and definitely made this one of the best and easy car buying experiences, compared to my past car buying experiences at MBRVC where they were poor! & mind you I have gotten FOUR Mercedes Benz cars from this dealership since 2018! Elenita is fantastic and one of a kind sales advisors! IF, you had to come to this dealership, I would highly recommend that you work with her as NO other person would compare! As she will work with you in all her power and might in getting you the best car! This is dealerrater.com where I am rating the overall experience of this dealership as a whole and including parts/services department! Though my car buying experience was virtual, I personally feel there was no lasting impact through this dealership from upper management for my ongoing and continued services with MB. That is why I mentioned not customer service facing and or showing care to keeping their current customers in-mind. It’s really is the SMALL things that make a dealer and the difference when it comes to customer service and continued car buying experience! More

Elenita was a pleasure to work with, she spent countless hours with me answering all my questions, worked hard to accommodate all of my (many) requests and was great throughout the entire process, where I never felt pressured to complete a sale. She helped me find the perfect car and I am beyond satisfied. I would 100% purchase my next vehicle from Elenita at MBRVC!! I highly recommend this dealership. More
