I was out of state at the time and with Elgin's telephone help it all came together very smoothly. He even picked me up at the airport and drove me to my home!!! And then after the trade-in and purchase he had me picked up at my home and driven back to the airport! Now, that's service!!! Thanks Elgin!! More

He maintained friendliness even as we stood outside in the Phoenix heat debating the merits of the two cars we took for test drives. Ultimately, we got exactly what we wanted and were pleased by the simplicity of the process. This made the unavoidable time consuming quality of buying a car a little more tolerable. Even when I bought a used car with no warranty, and it had A/C problems after 2 months, they took care of me. More
