Manager Complaint Everyone was very nice and treated us well except for the one manger who we spoke to on 4\30/16. We spoke to him about trying to get payment lowered. He stated paperwork is done nothing I can do about it. He then went on in detail about how he was trying to get a new vehicle for his wife. Frankly I could have cared less about his personal problem. He never said well I could look at it and see if we could lower it but didn't ever say that. I felt like we had intruded on his precious time and he obviously had no suggestions for us. More
