Our salesperson, Alejandro, was very patient and kind as we test drove many trucks. He was knowledgeable about each vehicle we drove and described the many features of Ford trucks. He even called and/or texted us to inform us of new inventory coming in and to just see how our vehicle search was coming along. We had the opportunity to work a little with Shane, the GM of Nick Nicholas Ford, and he was a pleasure to deal with as well. Lastly, Eli in Finance, completed our transaction swiftly and professionally. All in all, as I stated earlier, this was the best experience we have ever had.
