Took car in for regular service. Came back with a note sayi g leaking shock. Nothing else. Called them back and was told to bring back in. Set up appt for 9 AM They picked up car at 8:45. The car wasn't ready at 3PM. Service said it wasn't a 9 AM appt but was just a 9AM pickup. Have several texts saying you have an appt at 9AM. 1st time I called was told they were looking into why the shock leaked and it would be ready by the end of the day. Service would call in about 5 minutes. Almost an hour later I called service and was rudely told that my appt was not at 9AM but just pickup was at 9AM. Not very good customer service. More
