Vicki Hill was excellent to work with, she informed me that the vehicle I was looking for based on what I found searching inventory through the Ford website had been on order and was in transit to their dealership, expected within 4-5 weeks. I informed her how I was planning to handle the finances along with what I had to trade. We communicated very clearly, she set expectations on when I could come pick up the vehicle I selected, and she took care of nearly all the preliminary work before I drove up to the dealership. I was in and out the door, including the time it took to appraise my trade within one hour. There were no surprises or shady tactics what so ever. I would highly recommend Nick Nicholas Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new Ford vehicle in the state of Florida. They operated with honesty and integrity in an era where shady dealer tactics and greed are for some reason the accepted norm. More
