Despite a hectic back and forth to get my used Veracruz bill had to be the shining light of the whole experience. Bill was sincere and apologetic and worked with us to still make it possible for me to get this vehicle. I would refer anyone I know looking for a vehicle to him ! He is a shining example of how a salesman should be, considerate, compassionate, and works with you to find the right vehicle. Unlike a lot of salesman he isn’t just trying to sell you a vehicle to get a commission, he is making sure it’s the right one for you and is by far the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with!
