I have two friends and one neighbor who are in the new car market (two specifically shopping Kias) and I can't in good conscience recommend this dealership based solely on my after-sales experience. One of the worst dealer repair center ever. They don’t care how they return your property. I heard something rattling under my hood and when I opened it I noticed the engine plastic cover was n They don’t care how they return your property. I heard something rattling under my hood and when I opened it I noticed the engine plastic cover was not off and rubbing on the drive belt, this could have been a disaster. Also the cover over the fuse box was missing, had to search my car and found it under the seat. I took it in for a check engine light and they wanted to charge me approx $9,000 in repairs. I do not trust these people and you should either. I don’t trust them to do the repairs they suggest unless I’m sitting there watching the repair. I will never ever go back there again. I will pay to have my car towed a 100 miles away before I return here. The absolute worse experience. More
