The dealership itself is very nice, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. However, when I walked in, there were no salespeople on the floor to greet me or offer assistance. I eventually had to approach the receptionist and explain that I was interested in getting information about a vehicle. As someone walking into a car dealership, I would expect to be acknowledged and greeted by a salesperson rather than having to seek someone out myself. A more welcoming and attentive first impression would have made the experience much better. More
