Everything is good until AFTER you buy your car Let me preface by saying that I am totally satisfied with my purchase, a 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI, and the way I was treated at the time of purchase Let me preface by saying that I am totally satisfied with my purchase, a 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI, and the way I was treated at the time of purchase. The dealership is very transparent in how they negotiate, and they will give you a fair price on the car. When it comes to buying a new or used car, I highly recommend this dealership and the salesperson, Mr. Eliezer Polcano. My complaint is the way I was treated AFTER my purchase. The vehicle did not include an owner's manual, something that is essential given the large amounts of features that are included with the car. I emailed my Mr. Polcano, who replied and stated he would order a book from Volkswagen and ship it to my house. This was sometime in late Sep/early Oct. I got nothing. I followed up once with an email and got no response. When I went recently to get a recall update, I inquired about the owner's manual again. The serviceman looked it up in the computer and confirmed that they ordered it, but sent it back because nobody picked it up! I was never notified or called that it had even arrived and it was "sent back?" He said they would reorder it and it would be in the following Tuesday. I confirmed that my phone number was correct. I had to go out of town for a week, so when I came back, I expected a message on my answering machine. All I got was a woman calling to ask if my service experience was satisfactory. Nothing about my owner's manual. I phoned again today and a serviceman took down my information and said he would "call me back." Never called back. This is not how I would expect to be treated after dropping $30,000 into a car, especially considering that there is the potential for repeat business with servicing going forward. I don't like writing bad reviews about businesses, but after being ignored TWICE in what should be a simple, straightforward thing, I am left with no other choice. More

I was looking to lease a car at a good price. I didn't really have a brand preference, more so wanted to get a good car with lease I could afford. I had gone to a few other dealers (Honda, Kia, Fo didn't really have a brand preference, more so wanted to get a good car with lease I could afford. I had gone to a few other dealers (Honda, Kia, Ford) and got what I expected, the run around. We stopped into Volkswagen only because my husband had owned them in the past and suggested I take a look. A Jetta wasn't even on my radar. We met Elie, he took me for a test drive in a Jetta, he came in with numbers that I could afford without any haggling whatsoever, gave me a great trade in price on my old car and I signed the papers for the lease in under an hour. Two hours later, I was driving off with a new car. It was that easy!!! I have since recommended Elie to other people and I know now that this will not be the last Volkswagen I will buy. Elie erases all the negative things you think of when you think of a car salesman. He was professional, polite, friendly and knew exactly had to make me feel comfortable buying a new car. He was great and I would go back to him for my next car. More

He explained the workings of the car in detail and we were able to take of everything by either phone , email or fax so that when we arrived on Saturday everything was completed and the car was ready to drive away. There was no pressure to purchase a million additional features or services although we did opt for the warranty that covered the entire lease period.(the young lady who handled that was also a pleasure to deal with) I would definitely visit that dealership first for any future car purchases or leases. More
