The chip shortage has made getting a new car quite the challenge for me. I went to a previous dealership, not Hyundai, and had a terrible experience but Stamford Hyundai really turned things around for me. The experience was like night and day. Eli was attentive, communicated well and provided some great options when the vehicle I originally put a deposit on was delayed at the manufacturer. Because of Eli's efforts, I still ended up leasing a car I love. I will definitely be back when my lease is up.

Tremendous service from Daniel Ager in service department. Squeezed me in on a busy schedule to get my 2018 Tucson serviced on 9/27/2021. Been dealing with him since I first got the vehicle. Very honest and professional. Made my waiting time comfortable and got me out of there as soon as he could. Thank you Dan for your service.. I also want to thank Eli, Yousuf, and Mike Jones for taking care of me once again with a new purchase... I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson back in January of this year (2021) and unfortunately lost the vehicle in July due to a bad car accident..long story short I survived the accident and while I was healing I called Eli made an appointment explained the situation... Stamford Hyundai took care of once again.. I also spoke to Yousif and Mike Jones and within and within 14 days from the accident date of July 5, 2021 I was in a CPO 2018 Tucson SEL PLUS which was an even better upgrade than the previous vehicle!.. I just want to truly express my sincere gratitude to Stamford Hyundai for really taking care of me and understanding my situation... Again, thanks to Eli, Yousif, Mike Jones and Dan in the service department!.. Stamford Hyundai is where it's at!..

I was involved in the hurricane in NJ and lost both of our cars. We looked with multiple dealers in NJ and NY and could not locate a car. We had found 2 Tucsons at Century Hyundai in Plainfield, CT and the promised us they were there. We started out on a 3 hour plus ride and when we we almost there, they called to tell us the cars were sold the day before. We immediately Googled Tucsons in CT and Danbury popped up. I spoke with Eli and he ascertained me they were definitely on the lot. When we arrived he was pleasant and professional. Eli also was well trained and knowledgeable of the cars and warranty. He offered me a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe with 1600 miles, fully loaded. He also knew that was the car I lost in the storm. The price was excellent and we bought immediately. We did not finance, but I had the pleasure of meeting Mike and he explained the warranty and processed the sale. I highly recommend Danbury Hyundai and thank God we were able to connect with Eli.

Eli Gaskins - Sales Person - Genesis -  Just wanted you to know that you and your cohorts have got to be among the most ill-informed, illiterate, duplicitous, unscrupulous and flat out incompetent sales people I have ever encountered. The stupidity is astounding. You people don't seem to know your behinds from your elbows. I contacted another Genesis dealer in Westchester and was given a totally different price structure, more importantly, I actually spoke with a salesperson who knew of what they were speaking.There were thousands of dollars in price difference - Same car - Same model - Same everything. Pass this on to your "sales Manager" who was another phony.The recent reviews on the Next Door App and on Facebook for this dealership speak for themselves.

Your so called manager was not who he said he was. He was flat out lying. He was NOT the general manager. Further, the salesman, Eli Gaskins, never returned a call and never answered emails. Neither did the general manager with whom I left a voice message!!! I never spoke with the General Manager!!! The price this salesman was quoting me on a three year lease was actually more than the actual lease price as listed in any number of places. It was ludicrous. It was beyond dumb!! NOT even with a trade in did it make any sense whatsoever. It defied any logic. Rather than admit he was making a mistake, he and and others tried to cover it up. I am not alone in my feelings about Stamford Hyundai. There are complaints all over from an App called Next Door which deals with local Stamford Residents to many other places. It wasn't the price which was an issue - it was the overt dishonesty, duplicity, rudeness and incompetence in which this dealership clearly engaged. Would you like to bring in all the people who have publicly commented on and about Stamford Hyundai? How dare you lie and make false statements about me. Define profanity. Non was ever used. Define name calling - if it's a word with more than one syllable I can see where you might have a problem. Scott Vogel is listed as general manager. Once again, I never spoke with him.
