Nothing but the best! I never thought I would be writing a review about my experience at a car dealership. Car dealerships are notorious for being places that people would I never thought I would be writing a review about my experience at a car dealership. Car dealerships are notorious for being places that people would rather not be. Most people mentally prepare themselves before entering a dealership and set up helpful guidelines. For example, only make eye contact when necessary, never look too interested, and never ever be lured into a cubicle until you know what you want, and if you couldn’t resist the temptation to enter that cubicle on your own terms , there still is one lifeline remaining; just refuse to sit in the chair! I could spend all day at Wilde Chrysler because the people there were so friendly and welcoming. Elijah was awesome. He listened to my needs and expedited everything to ensure we got exactly what we wanted as quickly as he could give it to us. He was extremely upfront about the pricing; no fees were left hidden. The price agreed upon was exactly what I ended up paying in the end. He gave me a lengthy tutorial on how to use everything in my vehicle and even paired my phone to Bluetooth. I now know more about the features in my Compass that I have owned for only two days than the minivan that I have had for seven years! And the experience does not stop with the sales consultant. There was an equal level of professionalism and courtesy when it came to the manager, as well as the finance officer. Clayton, the manager, checked in several times throughout the process to clarify any questions that I had, and even have me a gift certificate in the end as a thank you. And Omar in the finance officer was such a hoot. I have never had so much fun signing my money away! The staff at Wilde are seriously people you want to invite over to your house for a barbecue. I know this a glowing review and most people would probably think that I already knew these people or have some kind of connection to this dealership. The simple truth is I have never met these people before leasing my Jeep, but that’s just how great they are at making you feel welcome. Thank you Elijah, Omar, and Clayton and all the other staff members behind the scenes that made this wonderful experience possible. More
