Working with Brandon and Elijah at Corwin was a smooth process from start to finish. I had a particular vehicle in mind that I didn't see on the lot that weekend, so I messaged through their website. process from start to finish. I was connected with Elijah right away to confirm the vehicle was there, just had been in the shop for an oil change. So, we scheduled a time to come look at it in person later that day. Elijah was very flexible and great at getting back to me over text when I needed to move the appointment slightly. He said if he wasn't available he'd have a team member help and the car ready to go. Sure enough, it was! I stopped by earlier than my appointment, and Elijah handed me off to Brandon to help. Brandon grabbed the car and we headed for a test drive. After giving the green light on the car, my husband and I decided to purchase. Brandon was so quick and helpful grabbing all the things and updating us along the process. They got my trade-in sorted, and had my new vehicle in for a quick car wash and fuel top-off while financing was underway. All in all a smooth process with knowledgeable sales reps who weren't pushy but just genuine guys who were there to help. More

I took my Chrysler Pacifica in for a routine oil change 9/23, I left the shop and had no oil in my vehicle the next morning. Called the service department about the smoke pouring out of my vehicle, so they 9/23, I left the shop and had no oil in my vehicle the next morning. Called the service department about the smoke pouring out of my vehicle, so they had it towed back to them. They tried telling me that it was only a quart and a half low because the oil filter didn’t seal correctly and the cooling system was cracked. The only thing that came out with the dipstick was white smoke, there was no oil in the vehicle, which caused issues with the cam shaft and timing chains, but rather than take responsibility for the mess up, everything was put through my warranty, yet they jumped on paying the deductible, which was $100. My original oil change was more than that! They gave me a loaner vehicle that was covered in mud and while driving the check engine light came on, but I was told it’s ok as long as it’s not flashing. I had to have the windshield wipers changed and a tire fixed, on the loaner! I refused to continue driving that vehicle, so a rental was given to me from a local company. The updates on my vehicle where few and far between. They ended up having my vehicle for a month, so between the deductible and the rental, it’s still not half of the car payment I had to make on a vehicle I couldn’t drive, through no fault of my own. When I finally got my vehicle back, not even an I’m sorry about the issues, but hey atleast you got over $8,000 worth of new parts. Just an acknowledgment of the mess up, would have been great! I got my vehicle back on 10/23 and I have called the service manager and I’m still waiting for a return call, almost a month later. More
