Elijah Tanner was our sales rep through our whole buying experience. Elijah is very knowledgeable about Kia’s and I felt very confident that what we purchased is a very good car. He stressed that he was available any time if we need more help in understanding the latest technology. I have so much more to learn that I may give him a call! The dealership is very clean and a pleasant place to stay when getting an oil change. (This is my second Kia from this dealership.) The gentleman in finance was equally pleasant to work with. More

One of these days, I'm going to really love my new Niro. At the moment it is white knuckle driving every time I get in the car. I'm not computer illiterate, but learning how to operate this car while drivin At the moment it is white knuckle driving every time I get in the car. I'm not computer illiterate, but learning how to operate this car while driving 70 on the interstate is not optimal. Trying to find the information I need in the gigantic amount of literature provided is completely frustrating. My last car was purchased in 2004, which I made very clear to the staff. There was minimal instruction before I was left to drive the 40 miles home. Elijah was a great sales person but he and I imagine the rest of your sales people are more interested in the bells and whistles than the particulars of how to actually drive the car. We spent so much time figuring out how to finance the car there was no time left for instruction. You need to better understand your clients. My husband was literally born in a log cabin and had no indoor plumbing growing up. He put himself through UT on the co-op program and rose to a management position in his company. We borrowed money one time to buy a car in the 58 years we have been married so that we could establish credit to buy a house. Having to finance even a part of a new car while not being able to pay cash is very insulting to both of us. There is no way your math logic erased this insult. More

Our salesman, Elijah and our final finance person, Johnathan were great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We were happy, overall. Easy process and fair value for trade in. Only issue was communication regarding day of delivery. Just needed a telephone call to say delivery was delayed. Otherwise all was excellent.
