Great job Eliot! I had been looking for a used car for quite a while, but I couldn't seem to find the right one. That's when I saw the Lexus NX200t that Sullivan Buick I had been looking for a used car for quite a while, but I couldn't seem to find the right one. That's when I saw the Lexus NX200t that Sullivan Buick had for sale. They did a great job making it easy for me to buy. The salesman, Eliot, wasn't pushy, but he did do a good job saying all the right things to make the decision easier. After a few back and forths with the interest rate, I finally decided I should go for it, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Carrie in Finance was awesome as well. I would highly recommend this team and their straight-forward approach. Eliot did very well to communicate with me whenever I needed an answer. Another example of the great service was that there were no “dealer fees” that by IL statute are illegal. The number of dealers that I dealt with who propagated this dealer-centered approach was astounding to me, but from this experience with Sullivan, I have confidence that the folks at Sullivan have shown themselves to be customer-focused. Further, even with 3 young kids, the folks at Sullivan were patient and accommodating throughout, from the test drive, to the financial conversations, and even to making sure that I was fully cared for (e.g., the windshield had 2 very small imperfections that Sullivan’s team took care of). For my family’s next vehicle, I plan to keep Sullivan atop my list. Kudos on a great experience and a great, solid vehicle. More
