Sullivan's salesman Eliot was professional, not pushy, showing me my options and letting me take the lead on the conversation. Since I hate pushy sales people I stayed with him for an hour or two looking over my options. He let me drive a car home to show it to my wife. She liked it too and came back to the dealership with me to do the paperwork. Once again we were impressed with the finance officer, Jason. He explained each form and all our options for additional coverage completely and calmly. If you are looking for a better sales experience I recommend Sullivan Buick. More

One phone call to Eliot, told him what I wanted and the experience was a repeat. I now am in a 2017 Buick Enclave that was a great deal first time around. I was in/out in 90 minutes, can't be that. My husband and I originally went to GMC/Buick looking for a 2013 Acadia. 2 years ago we had purchased a car from a not so good dealership and we had n My husband and I originally went to GMC/Buick looking for a 2013 Acadia. 2 years ago we had purchased a car from a not so good dealership and we had nothing but problems since we purchased it. We were trying to get into a reliable car since the car we had needed a lot of repairs that we could not afford. We decided to go check out the dealership on 4/8 being turned down by other dealerships we went in with not so high hopes. Elliot meet us outside and asked if we needed help we said yes, that we were looking for the Acadia. He showed us the car and we test drove it. Then we went inside and we explained to Elliot about our current situation and how we were upside down with our car. He said he will try to do the best he can. Unfortunately we didn't get approved that day as we had expected. However, on 4/18 we received a call from Elliot letting us know that we had gotten approved for a 2016 Encore. We were in shock and excited. I asked how that was possible since we had gotten denied. He said that his manager was out on vacation and wen he got back he took a look at our paper work and was able to get an approval from a credit union. We were so grateful that Elliot took the time and tried everything he could to get us approved. He was the best sales man i had ever dealt with. Since we walked in he was so helpful and nice. We could tell that he really enjoyed his job and helping people like us get into a new car. We are very thankful that Elliot didn't forget about us and went above and beyond to get us approved. Thank you so much you have made our family very happy. We will definitely be back when we decide to get a new car. More
