I did not trade in a car and I was keeping my existing car after making this purchase, so I had a problem getting back and forth to Arlington Heights. Eliot went out of his way to shuttle me from my residence in Chicago to enable me to buy the Buick and keep my other car. That was "above and beyond the call" and I really appreciated that. Eliot was also very helpful in educating me on operating all the new features of the 2015 Buick. My previous Buick was a 2004 (very durable).
