I purchased my car from Jim Ellis a few months ago from Kalo the greatest salesperson and I had the need to come in and have a service done and had th I purchased my car from Jim Ellis a few months ago from Kalo the greatest salesperson and I had the need to come in and have a service done and had the pleasure of meeting the amazing staff in the service center. From the moment I brought my car to Robert, Sueann, Elise and Brandon were all so pleasant. I am also always thankful for the jokes and great stories they have when I stop in. Their personalities definitely make the visit easier and help relieve the stress of your car needing service. I had an issue with my car and they made sure it was taken care of promptly and I was provided a loaner during the service to keep me going. I love my new car and it's great to have such a great delaership behind me. I am glad that I purchased from the best dealership and I was so pleased with Kalo, I have already referred 2 people to purchase from Jim Ellis. I'm sure I'll be sending so many more! More

Disorganized, slow, overpriced.2 days and $500 for battery I have an extended warranty that apparently doesn't cover the $500 battery in my Slverado that I have owned for less than 4 months They had trouble fi I have an extended warranty that apparently doesn't cover the $500 battery in my Slverado that I have owned for less than 4 months They had trouble finding me in the system. Lost my appointment reservation due to "computer problems", and took two days and $200 in labor to change the battery. Hopefully the warranty will be good for something and hopefully I can use at a different service department. Very unhappy! More

very responsive & efficient the scheduling and intake of vehicle worked well (your 'greeter' (who's name I did not catch) met me at the car in the service drive and got me to the the scheduling and intake of vehicle worked well (your 'greeter' (who's name I did not catch) met me at the car in the service drive and got me to the service advisor - a great start to an overall very positive experience); the service was provided in a timely manner (and within the estimated time provided when making the appointment and at the time of check in) and as expected in terms of services performed on car. It was an included service with purchase so I cannot comment on price. I have taken a prior Corvette to another dealer for service and it was good, but this experience was better and, in fact, as good as I have had with any car. More

Top Notch Customer Service From start to finish, the Staff. was Wonderful. To start with Ms. Elises who schedule my appointment and checked on Me threw out my wait.
