Well, I went in just to have my headlight lamps replaced (I supplied the lamps). Should not have taken more than a half hour, hour at the very most. I was there for 4 hours. There was a recall on my car (I supplied the lamps). Should not have taken more than a half hour, hour at the very most. I was there for 4 hours. There was a recall on my car and the part had come in so they just decided to do the recall. If I had known they were going to do that I would have come back at another time and had my wife pick me up so I wouldnt have had to sit around the dealership for 4 hours. But Eliza was very nice and knowledgeable and handled the situation very nicely and professionsly. I give her and the service 5 stars in spite of that one little issue. More

Sage was so nice and lovely to work with and made my repairs easy to understand. I had a budget to work with and she allowed me to fully understand what repairs were urgent and which ones could be sched repairs easy to understand.
